We design and run team building programmes, corporate retreats, company gatherings and staff outings across Java and Bali: Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang and Batu, Trawas, Banyuwangi and Bali. Volcanoes, tea plantations, shorelines, rice terraces, living cultural sites and genuinely difficult terrain, instead of another hotel ballroom. Facilitators, MC and documents all work in both English and Indonesian.

Six places, each strong at something different: craters and tea estates in Bandung, UNESCO heritage and a volcano jeep convoy in Yogyakarta, waterfalls and Bromo around Malang and Batu, beaches and an uninhabited island in Banyuwangi, temples and a beachfront gala in Bali, and quiet pine forest in Trawas. Each guide sets out the activities, the published rates and what the terrain is actually like, so you can judge the fit before you talk to anyone.

About us
An Indonesian operator, not a reseller
First Outbound has been running experiential learning programmes since 2010: outdoor training, outings and team building. Our own Game Master and facilitators run the sessions, and we hold the relationships with the off-road, rafting and paintball operators directly.
That matters most in the part nobody puts in a brochure: what happens when it rains, when a flight lands late, or when half the group turns out to be less mobile than the brief suggested. Those calls get made on the ground by someone who can change the running order without a phone call to a third party.
